Marc-Reiner Schmidt
the golden boy
Born in 1995 in Friedrichshafen, Germany, Marc-Reiner Schmidt grew up in the paddock, following in the footsteps of his father, a professional rider. His passion for motorcycles—especially Supermoto—was inevitable, and his relentless drive for success quickly set him apart in the sport.
Schmidt’s career has been defined by his dominance in the FIM S1GP SuperMoto World Championship, where he secured three consecutive world titles in 2021, 2022, and 2023, solidifying his status as one of the most accomplished riders in the discipline. Known for his exceptional precision, adaptability, and racecraft, he has continuously set the benchmark at the highest level of competition.
For the 2025 season, Schmidt joins Team 11, bringing his expertise and winning mentality to the team. His presence marks a significant step forward in Team 11’s ambitions, and his experience will be invaluable in both competition and the development of younger talents within the team.
Jan Ulman
the rising promise
Born in 2008, Jan Ulman is one of the most promising young talents in Supermoto. His 2024 season was marked by both strong performances and a major challenge—a serious injury at Slomczyn, which affected his results for the rest of the year.
Despite the setbacks, Ulman has proven his determination and resilience with strong performances, including a 12th place finish at Albaida in his World Championship debut and an impressive 5th place in the Rookie Classification at Mettet to close the season.
Renewing thTeam 11 for 2025, Ulman embodies the team’s mission to develop young talent and push the boundaries of Supermoto. His dedication and potential make him a key rider to watch in the upcoming season.

Mauro Berva
Technical Supervisor
With a background in karting and rally car engineering, Mauro Berva combines hands-on mechanical expertise with deep racing experience. Since returning to motorsports in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in preparing and managing top-level Supermoto bikes, supporting riders in both national and international championships.
Mauro has been instrumental in securing multiple Italian and regional titles and continues to mentor upcoming talent with technical precision.
At Team 11, he leads the technical department, ensuring race bikes are built to perform at the highest level.
Nico Grazioli
Rider Coach & Senior Athlete
A multiple-time Italian Supermoto champion, Nico Grazioli has over 15 years of experience in motorsports.
From his early days in trial racing to international podiums in Supermoto, his career is marked by consistency, speed, and determination.
Beyond his results on track—including national titles and top finishes in international events—Nico is a dedicated mentor.
Since 2022, he has supported young talents through the Talenti Azzurri program.
At Team 11, he competes as a senior rider while also coaching the next generation of athletes with discipline and leadership.
